For more than 50 years, we’ve supplied and installed in situ concrete works for steel-framed buildings with precast floors, managing everything from early design to on-site installation.
We work closely with contractors nationwide, providing reliable, well organised work with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and getting the job done properly.
We hold Constructionline Gold accreditation, reflecting our high standards.

For over 50 years, we’ve been developing smart, practical ways to connect precast floors to steel frames. This experience means we understand what works, what doesn’t, and how to make installations more straightforward and efficient.
We’ve built up a large library of tried and tested connection details that reduce temporary works, streamline installation, support smooth progress on site. The result is practical design that saves time, controls costs, improves aesthetics, and enhances safety.
Generally, precast floors are installed during the construction of the steel frame. We specialise in providing the trade package which follows this, which is basically stitching the floors together with certified in-situ concrete and where required, shuttering and loose reinforcement.
Loose reinforcement is a by-product of design, relating to Progressive Collapse or Disproportionate Collapse classifications.
A large part of our in situ concrete work is delivered on education projects – from schools and colleges to major university developments – alongside multi-storey car parks and health and leisure buildings.
These are busy, high-profile sites where programmes are tight and standards are high. That’s why our teams are relied upon on major projects across the UK.
