For over 50 years, we’ve delivered in situ concrete works for steel framed buildings with precast floors, from early design through to live site installation.
Based in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, we support main contractors, steel frame contractors, and hollowcore manufacturers right through to final completion.
Our reputation is built on technical know-how, practical problem solving, dependable site delivery, and a genuine commitment to safety.
Our clients include some of the UK’s leading construction companies, such as Willmott Dixon, Graham Construction, Galliford Try, Morgan Sindall, Kier, Oranmore, FP McCann, and Henry Brothers.
When you involve us in the early design stage of your project, our very experienced team will work with you to specify the most appropriate bespoke solutions, along with any potential cost and time savings. We’re also happy to support you during the bidding stages of a project – we’ve helped several clients to achieve successful bids over the years, adding real value to their team and project.
In situ Concrete Works
We complete the in situ concrete works once hollowcore floors are installed onto steel frames, including stitching the floors together with certified concrete, plus all shuttering and reinforcement.
Bringing us in early often removes the need for temporary and soffit shuttering, as well as site welding, saving time and cost.
Precast Concrete Installation
We install multiple types of precast elements including retaining L-walls, dock levellers, storm attenuation tanks, lift shafts, stairs, and hollowcore flooring.
Precast Concrete Remedials
We handle all types of drilling and cutting to precast concrete, plus insitu infills to columns and beams, and repairs to floor chips and cracks.
Weep Holing
We drill large volumes of drainage holes into hollowcore slabs using our lightweight pole drilling system, working safely from floor level up to 6.5m. This allows faster installation, improved safety, and easier access in tight spaces.
Concrete Deliveries
We supply ready mixed, volumetric, and site mixed concrete, with quantities from 1m³ upwards, delivered next day through our nationwide supply network.
Accredited CPD
We offer a free one hour CPD session on disproportionate collapse for Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, and Engineers. Delivered online via Teams or in person on site.
The session focuses on:
We’ve developed our own award-winning pole drilling system so our teams can drill concrete soffits safely and accurately from ground level.
In simple terms, it means:
Improved safety – no working at height
Faster drilling speeds – lower cost
Greater accuracy and finish – cleaner, more precise holes
Smoother site operations – reduced disruption and fewer clashes
If you want to see how it works, we’re happy to bring it to site and show you.
When someone falls into safety netting, every second matters.
That’s why we developed our Inflatable Safety Net Recovery System, allowing injured or unconscious operatives to be safely rescued within three minutes.
Under working at height regulations, a rescue plan isn’t optional, every site must have a clear, workable method for recovering someone who has fallen into netting. Our system provides a fast, controlled, and proven way to do exactly that.
