Glencar has brought in the Beresford’s team as supporting crew to deliver the insitu concrete works on this much-loved building. This is also an exciting first project for us with the construction giant.
We’re supplying and installing the metal deck edge trim, timber formwork and loose steel reinforcement bar which completes the tie interface between the precast concrete hollowcore flooring units and the steel frame supplied by J & D Pierce Contacts.
Our works also include the supply and placement of the in-situ concrete pours around the precast concrete hollowcore flooring joints. The overall suspended floor area of the precast concrete hollowcore flooring units is 3000sq. meters, supplied by FP McCann.
