Beresford’s Flooring are specialists in their field. Our first project with them was disproportionate collapse works at Keele University – and they were very good. Their on-site supervision of the team was excellent, and they raised relevant queries with us. It was obvious they had the knowledge and knew their stuff.
All the guys on the site team were focused and they cracked on – which is exactly what we wanted. This project presented us with some challenges, specifically niggling issues with precast planks – sometimes we’d want design changes where the planks would need to be cut and moved. We’d call Beresford’s and ask if they could do this. Every single time they stepped in to help with these remedial works, often arriving on site the next day or coming up with solutions. They also had very good working relations with other contractors on site, which helped us enormously.
Beresford’s are very competitive on price. Even if we had a rush job, they never hyped up the price. They were always reasonable.
The way they work as a team is impressive. They have a process, and it works brilliantly. They had the perfect number of guys working on every part of the project, at exactly the right time. They were in and out. Mark who was the lead for Beresford’s was brilliant in the way he managed the team. He knew exactly what to do.
If we had to do this project again – Beresford’s would be the top of the list by far – no shadow of a doubt.
