We’ve recently finished an exciting coastal project with G F Tomlinson on the development of a multifunctional building and grounds in the scenic town of Sutton on Sea.
After the hollowcore flooring has gone down, the Beresford’s team step in and do the insitu concrete works where we stitch the floors together with certified insitu concrete, shuttering and loose reinforcement. For the Colonnade project, we supplied and installed around 260m of metal deck edge trim and 1- tonne of reinforcement bar over 700sq. meters of hollowcore flooring supplied by FP McCann.

Our expertise is within the zone of the precast floor itself, so although we don’t provide screed or structural topping solutions, we do provide the perimeter shuttering within each of these packages.
