As we near the end of our insitu concrete works at Ealing Studios in London’s West End, we thought we’d share a few final photos taken by our site team. Our client and main contractor Glencar Construction brought us in to complete the in-situ concrete works to the precast concrete floors, also known as progressive collapse or disproportionate collapse works. This is our niche – and it’s what we do best.
The Beresford’s team supplied and installed metal deck edge trim, loose steel reinforcement bar, and the insitu concrete pours around the hollowcore flooring joints. This completes the tie interface between the precast concrete hollowcore flooring units supplied by FP McCann and the steel frame supplied by J & D Pierce (Contracts).
