On the outskirts of Sleaford in Lincolnshire, Willmott Dixon are developing a 28-bed secure children’s home with multiple modern facilities to help young people get their lives back on track. The net-zero in operation facility has been described as a flagship project for the sector.
Willmott Dixon has brought Beresford’s on board to complete the disproportionate collapse works. We supply and install metal deck edge trim, reinforcement bar over the precast concrete hollowcore flooring and the insitu concrete pours around the hollowcore flooring joints. We also put in place the associated tie requirements to the supporting steel frame.
For this project we’re working closely with some of our industry colleagues, Trent Construction Services and O’Reilly Concrete.
