We’ve recently finished this one at Stockport College, for Seddon Construction in Greater Manchester. Seddon approached us earlier this year and asked us to quote on our Tier 3 in-situ package.
Our experience in this field is vast and was instrumental in streamlining the costs for this works package through collaboration with Seddon and the Project Engineer.
We’ve worked on a number of projects with Seddon, including Keele University Veterinary College, which you can read about here.
We also picked up some extra works along the way. Although the concrete screed topping wasn’t part of our package, we proposed our metal deck edge trim height be vertically extended, along with additional screed stop angle around the roof lights to contain the topping – reducing costs and time on site from follow on trades.
