This is a hybrid project for Beresford’s Flooring – it’s both traditional and steel framed construction. The first floor is steel, and the floors above are masonry.
We’re delivering the in-situ concrete works package to the precast concrete hollowcore flooring – which is basically stitching the floors together with certified in-situ concrete and where required, shuttering and loose reinforcement. Coltman Precast Concrete who are supplying the precast concrete floors and stairs recommended us for this project.
